The Smoky Mountain Conference will be held January 29–31, 2026, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, at The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center.

Centered around the theme, “The Spiritual Life Is Not a Theory,” the weekend will feature fellowship, recovery, and speakers from across the country sharing experience, strength, and hope.
